  22. With the archive-lister you can view the contents of an ARC, ARJ, HYP,
  23. LZH, PAK, RAR, SQZ, UC2, ZIP or ZOO archive (also there SFX variants),
  24. the archive-lister also can view archives in archives (up to 16 deep).

  79. With the following commands you can define the parameters that must
  80. be used for the external archiver-utilities, the 'xxx' in the
  81. commands must be replaced by ARC, ARJ, HYP, LHA, PAK, RAR, SQZ,
  82. ZIP, UC2 or ZOO.

  84. There are two variables, %A and %F, thes two must ALWAYS exist in one
  85. of the commands (except xxxRESPONSE and xxxTEST), %A will be replaced
  86. by AVIEW with the name of the archive processed, and %F with a
  87. filename for adding, deleting and updating, note that AVIEW will
  88. automatically add the response-file-char before the filename when
  89. needed. The variables %A and %F are NOT optional!

  102. With this command you tell AVIEW to supress snow on (old) CGA-Cards.

  106. With this command you tell AVIEW how to swap before an external
  107. utility is executed, there are 5 modes:

  109. 0 - Swap to EMS/Disk.
  110. 1 - Swap to EMS/XMS/Disk (Default).
  111. 2 - Swap to XMS/Disk.
  112. 3 - Swap to XMS/EMS/Disk.

  117. With this command you define the directory where AVIEW must write
  118. his swap-files when used, use a ramdisk to speed-up AVIEW.

  124. With this command you force AVIEW to wait for a keypress after

  130. archive-lister as default (With full-path), this option works like a
  131. toggle in AVIEW by pressing ALT-L.

  135. With this statement you can define how the file-date is shown, include
  136. MM for month, DD for day and YY for year, the sepparation-chars can be

  163. With this command you can define up to 64 viewers, with <Trigger> you
  164. specify the file-specs which must trigger the viewer, the <Trigger>
  165. may include wildcards. Default viewer when non-defined is WPVIEW for
  166. all type of files.

  168. The variable %F can be used to pass the file-name selected in AVIEW to
  169. the viewer.

  178. With this command you can define up to 32 editors, with <Trigger> you
  179. specify the file-specs which must trigger the editor, the <Trigger>
  180. may include wildcards. Default editor when non-defined is NCEDIT for
  181. all type of files.

  183. The variable %F can be used to pass the file-name selected in AVIEW to
  184. the editor.

  200. With this statement you can define how many lines per screen AVIEW must

  206. With this statement you can define how AVIEW must sort the archive-list
  207. as default, valid sort-keys are: NAME, EXTENSION, ORGSIZE, CMPSIZE,
  208. DATETIME, METHOD and UNSORTED, optional you can specify with ASCENDING
  209. or DESCENDING the default sort direction, default is ASCENDING.

  213. With this statement you can define how AVIEW must sort the file-selector

  221. this can be a ram-drive which will speed-up AVIEW dramatically, when

  253. With this command you force AVIEW to ask you if the virus-scanner
  254. must be executed after extracting files from an archive.
